- 15 minute Ab Torture
- Advanced Class:
- Saturdays: 11AM - 1PM
- 10 - 3 minute rounds on the heavy bag
- In between rounds:
- 30 Seconds of Double Ended Bag, Speed Bag, Maize Bag or Uppercut Bag
- 30 Seconds of Ab Torture
- Sparring and Private Training:
- Those who hope to train to fight come at hours specified with regular classes
